![]() What is insufficient is your upload speed. I would put in a SSD if you don't have one already. GPU is totally irrelevant, CPU also looks quite capable for the workload unless you want to invite a lot of people on your server (IO bandwidth could be the limit eventually). I don't think a headless server really needs a lot of memory, A17 further reduced memory usage. ![]() My question is could i used them to set up a quality server, not lag on server end? If no or yes, what upgrades would you suggest to make them/it better?Īlso here is my Internet speed test, would this be good to handle a server of perhaps 8-10 people?ġ07.0 Mbps Download and 10.8 Mbps Upload. Manufacturer Chipset: Radeon RX 460 Graphics RAM 8.0 GB <=( I assume 16 or 24 GB would be ideal for server) Processor: AMD FX-4300 Quad-Core Processor However now we have Two (2) systems left and both are the same. Again thanks for all the hard work Smegzor.Wife and I are replacing our two computers for ones we can play more resource hungry games on more moothly. And web console would be great as Im hardly ever in-game and have to admin remotely. Will def look back into it as I keep hearing good things about it. Have been busy and just been doing quick fixes here and there, also have moved to a new host. When it is sufficiently complete I will release it and continue adding features to it. I hope to get cracking on the web interface next week. A Docker container for easy deployments is coming too. It can be controlled by the bot to do new things such as changing its connection info to 7 Days and to the IRC server. I also have a new modded Mudlet with better support for IRC and no need to hex edit anything. The bot can co-exist with CBSM now and I'm adding detection of Server Tools and others so the bot doesn't react wrongly if another manager or tool does something that isn't reported in telnet. Fixing issues, adding more customisations and the web interface are ahead of that. The Windows build isn't my top priority at the moment. It's name was explicitly chosen to make sure other server managers are not hijacking its functionality and present it as their own, but it can be used by any server manager. It's in no way affiliated with Catalysm's Server Manager and Monitor. Notes: CSMM Patron's Mod (CPM) is an API mod that is free for anyone, who wants to use. Notes: Required component for Botman Server Manager.
